The Smoke & Soul Fest is Sanctioned by KCBS and RMBBQA. The Kansas City Barbecue Society is the worlds largest organization of barbecue and grilling enthusiasts, with over 19,000 members worldwide.

Registration prices will increase May 1st. Spaces will vary, please indicate your rigs size so we can best accommodate you. We will have power at our event, we have limited 50 AMPs available for an extra cost. These can be found below check out of your registration. Please note, a separate transaction is required. After you check out with your registration, please return to check out your AMP. Thank you!

Prior to receiving your award, we must have a current W9 on file. After registration, please download the W9 and email the completed form to smokeandsoulfest@gmail.com. You will not receive winnings if we do not have your W9.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. All teams are required to submit breif biography about yourselves for our calcutta event. Please state who you are, why you started to compete, and any information you would like to share with possible donors. Our calcutta event is an opportunity for the public or fellow teams, to purchase the team they believe will win the KCBS Comp. We will send out more informaton on this event.

You DO NOT have to participate in the purchasing of teams during the auction, but attendance is requested.

Ramkota Hotel in Casper WY has blocked rooms at a discounted rate of $95 plus tax for teams that may need a room. Rooms have been blocked starting Thursday, July 11 until Sunday July 14. All blocked reservations will be held until June 28, 2024. When making your reservation make sure to mention it is for the Smoke and Soul Fest Block.
